Featured Event: Halloween Carnival
King County Park’s White Center Teen Program (WCTP) hosted “Outdoor Halloween Carnival At The Log Cabin” for the youth in White Center to celebrate Halloween. WCTP focuses on reducing youth involvement in violent, criminal or gang-related activities and increasing young people’s connection to community through civic and volunteer opportunities. Happy Balloon Decorations helped WCTP with our Halloween themed balloon decoration to make the event’s purpose and WCTP’s mission known. We are so happy with the decorations we created and how we helped uplift our community through our decorations!

We are two community organizers both from White Center, WA. We saw the need for more event decor options in our community and made it our mission to inspire people in our community to follow their dream and become their own entrepreneurs.
